How to raise a concern

Speak to any member of the team, call 020 8673 9995, send a WhatsApp message, email info@bellevuedental.co.uk or write to the Complaints Manager, Bellevue Dental, 7 Jaggard Way, Wandsworth Common, London SW12 8SG.

Our Complaints Manager is Jenny Jarvis.

What happens next

• we will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days and send you a copy of this procedure
• we will look into what happened and aim to give you a full written response within 10 working days
• if we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our reply
• if you would like to talk it through, we will offer a meeting or a call at a time that suits you
